Cotai, the reclaimed strip between Taipa and Coloane, is where Macau’s poker now lives. The Venetian Macao runs the largest and most regular games, and MGM Cotai keeps a smaller room that hosts the territory’s biggest tournament series. On the Macau peninsula there is nothing comparable left: Wynn Macau closed its room in January 2026. Minimum age is 21 and a passport is required for visitors.
