Games and traffic
GGPoker runs the largest tournament series in every pool it operates, plus the fast-fold Rush & Cash format and a broad mixed-game menu. Cash traffic at mid stakes is thinner in constrained markets like Germany than in its global pool, but it is still the busiest room in most of them.
Licensing footprint
GG’s expansion since 2021 has been through local licences: the Netherlands at market opening, Germany in November 2022, Ontario, Belgium, the Philippines in 2024 and Sweden in 2026. It has also applied in Ireland. Its Czech licence lapsed unused, and it holds no licence in Spain, Italy, France or Brazil.
Verdict
The default choice for tournament players wherever it is licensed. Cash-game regulars in ring-fenced markets should compare traffic at their stake with the local PokerStars pool before committing.

Is GGPoker legal in my country?
Only where it holds a local licence: the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Ontario and the Philippines among the markets on this site. The table above links to each country page.
Why is GGPoker not in Spain or Italy?
It has not applied for a DGOJ or ADM licence. Both markets are ring-fenced or pooled only with France and Portugal, which does not fit GG’s single-pool model.
