How licensing works
Sweden replaced its state monopoly with a licensing system in 2019. Every licensed site checks the Spelpaus self-exclusion register, and the “one bonus only” rule caps welcome offers at a single promotion per operator.

PokerStars.se and Unibet.se were the established rooms until GGPoker.se arrived in 2026 with its global pool. Svenska Spel Poker, the former monopoly room, stays Swedish-only. Sweden has no live page here because its land-based casinos closed on 1 January 2026.
